Enquiries and collaboration

We process your contact details and the project, application or company information you provide to respond to your enquiry or assess a collaboration. Depending on the form, this may include project location, budget, timeframe, experience and qualifications. Please do not submit sensitive personal data. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to advertising or a newsletter.

Website and communication

We use service providers to operate the website securely and support communication. Necessary connection data, such as IP address, time and browser information, and data for abuse prevention are processed. Automatic acknowledgements use your email address and a standard message. Processing may also take place outside Switzerland, particularly in the United States.

Retention and access

Only authorised persons can access your enquiries. Records older than 180 days are deleted when the form or archive is next used. Email delivery logs are generally retained for 30 days. Necessary contractual and project documents may be subject to statutory retention requirements.

Cookies and external links

Technically necessary cookies may be used to operate the website. We do not use our own analytics or advertising trackers. The map does not send location data to external mapping services. When you use external contact channels or links, the privacy policies of the relevant providers also apply.

Your rights

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion and to withdraw consent for future processing, subject to statutory retention requirements. Swiss data protection law applies, supplemented where applicable by GDPR rights, including restriction, objection and portability. We may request reasonable identity verification. You may contact the Swiss FDPIC or a competent European data protection authority.
